Rover
For nearly 40 years, Rover Community Transportation operated the paratransit services for the County of Chester; however effective December 31, 2023, the Krapf organization will no longer provide the paratransit services in Chester County.
We extend a hearty thank you to our many loyal passengers who we so proudly transported throughout the County, and offer our gratitude to the dedicated Rover drivers, monitors and staff who worked so hard over the years to caringly and safely serve some of the County's most vulnerable residents.
