Jim is responsible for the development of the communication strategy for Krapf School Bus. He contributes to the organizational strategic planning process to promote, enhance, and protect Krapf’s brand reputation, and advance its position with relevant constituents, as well as to drive broader awareness for the organization.
Jim joined Krapf in 2010, and has more than 35 years in the school transportation industry. He received his BS in Business and Economics from Lehigh University and his MBA from Temple University.
