| Full Wrap: | $34,000 ($10,000 application costs, then $4,000 per month) |
| Side Wrap: | $16,000 ($4,000 application costs, then plus $2,000 per month) |
| Back Wrap: | $8,000 ($2,000 application costs, then $1,000 per month) |
